The information sheets on this page are intended for people who have a relative or friend in prison overseas. Although written from a British perspective, they may be useful for families and prisoners of any nationality.

Power of Attorney form (159KB) and guidance notes (102KB) (Please note: the form is in Microsoft Word format)

These two documents help prisoners assign a power of attorney to manage their affairs whilst they are detained.
