Our phone lines are open at the following times:

Monday & Tuesday: 9.30am - 6pm
Wednesday - Friday: 9.30am - 4.30pm

Our expert, friendly caseworkers will help you – whether you need information, advice or just someone to talk to. We care about the welfare of all British citizens held in foreign prisons, regardless of the crimes they are charged with.
