Annual Review 2008-09 published

We've recently published our Annual Review for the latest financial year. As well as providing our latest accounts, this report also contains two first-hand stories from people we've helped over the last twelve months.

We’re proud that this edition has been been co-edited by Shaun Attwood. Shaun spent almost six years in prison in the USA, for his part in the illegal rave and drugs scene in Arizona. Shaun used his time in prison wisely, studying philospohy and starting to write about his experience. He recently completed his jail memoir, has a major publisher behind him, and we are delighted that he was able to add his unique perspective to our latest Annual Review.

The review gives details about our activities and sucesses over the year up to April 2009, including the story of Mark who survived a shooting in a Venezuelan prison, and a mother recounts what it felt like when her daughter was imprisoned in Spain.
