Our trained and supportive staff provide advice and guidance in a virtual group meeting. Speakers are invited to talk on specific subjects, or to lead a discussion. Representatives of government departments, such as the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office often take part and  answer questions.

You will be assured of a friendly welcome and the opportunity to talk to others in a supportive and confidential environment.  You can ask questions, talk to others or listen to other people’s experiences.

From people who have attended a meeting:

Thank you so much for your time in organising these meetings as I know it takes effort. I really appreciate the information sharing and gaining so much knowledge

My questions were answered with the facility to ask for more details. I didn’t feel so isolated. I felt the representatives were caring compassionate and dedicated
